When the visuals are created from this deeper place, they emanate authenticity and attract the right audience.

First – through a carefully articulated series of questions – I will find out all the relevant aspects of your business to help me form the foundation, which will determine the brand’s visuals further down the line.

— STRATEGY —

Based on the answers you gave me in the previous stage and the package you chose, I will create an in-depth brand strategy or a more succinct report to give me the basis and reasoning for a purposeful, authentic, compelling brand.

— DESIGN —

At last, it's time to get designing. I will take all the relevant information from the previous step and translate it into a design that you're thrilled with and which is perfectly aligned with your brand.

THE WEB DESIGN PROCESS

 A good website is both beautiful and functional.
You want to attract visitors and keep them there, but most importantly, convert them into paying customers and clients.

— DISCOVERY —

At the beginning of building a website, we will determine the website's purpose, look at the competition, think about the features your website would benefit from and agree on the pages that need to be included.

— STRATEGY —

We will then go through each page to establish its content and structure, and ensure that your website works with your brand’s needs and is built for high conversion.

— DESIGN —

Lastly, it’s finally time to design – I will start building on Squarespace, making any additional tweaks as needed, and test all functionality. And just like that, your website will be ready to launch!

When we come to the end of the project, I’ll equip you with custom-made video tutorials showing you how to update your new website. I also provide support for some time (length depending on your package) if you get stuck with anything. And don’t worry – Squarespace has fantastic customer service that will help you out in case you’re having difficulties further down the line.

 FAQ

  • Over the years, I’ve developed a seamless, straight-forward process for my projects:

    It all starts with a video call to discuss the project and make sure we’re a good fit.

    Once we agree to go ahead, I will create a proposal and work out the quote for your specific requirements (if your needs are different from what the package includes). Upon approval, I will send you the deposit invoice (a part of the whole fee) and an invitation to Asana (a project management tool) to help us keep organised. In there, you will find our whole project laid out, and once in, it will be time to get creative!

    The rest of the fee will be paid in several more instalments as we advance.

  • The branding package will provide you with a range of high-quality files suitable for different use. You will receive the following:

    • CMYK files for print (jpegs)

    • RGB files for online use (JPEGs and transparent PNGs)

    • Vector files (indefinitely scalable EPS and PDF files)

    • Original source files (Adobe Illustrator ai. file)

    Along with all your logo variations, you will also receive profile images for the social media platforms of your choice.

  • Currently, I only build on the Squarespace platform. It is clean, beautiful, easily editable, and contains all the functionality and features you may ever need.

    I tried many platforms over the years and Squarespace is the clear winner and ticks all the boxes.

  • Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer refunds. However, I will go out of my way to make sure that you’re happy with our collaboration and outcome.

    Also, I only charge a part of the fee before the beginning of the project to help spread the cost, with the rest of the fee being paid in milestones to keep the work/payment in balance.
